A la carte programming can be ordered when you speak to your installation professional.

There is a $5.00 per month additional outlet programming access fee for each dual-tuner receiver. However, the monthly $5.00 programming access fee will be waived for each dual-tuner receiver that is continuously connected to the customer's land based phone line.
There is a DVR fee of $5.98 for each DVR dual tuner receiver on customers account. This fee is waived when customer subscribes to America's Everything Pak AEP or America's Everything Pak DishHD.
There is an HD enabling fee of $7.00 per month for using a HD receiver and not subscribing to HD programming.

 There is a $5.00 per month equipment rental fee for each receiver above the first. ($7.00 for the MPEG4 series)

There is a $99.00 one time up-grade cost for a second 625.
There is a $149.00 one time up-grade cost for a second ViP622. There is a $199.00 one time up-grade cost for a second ViP722. There is a $99.00 one time up-grade cost for a ViP612 (up to two shall be allowed. Only available in conjunction with ViP722 or ViP622).
3. COMMITMENT
With 24 Month commitment, $99 one time activation fee will be waived. If no commitment taken, $99 one time activation fee will apply.

*If qualifying service is terminated prior to end of 24 months, a cancellation fee equal to the lesser of $240 or $10.00 per month for each cancelled month of service will apply.
